Frank regularly teaches retreats organized by his own students, by invitation of a community organizations or at leading spiritual centers around the globe. He frequently teaches retreats at the Spirit Rock Meditation Center, the Upaya Zen Center, the Associazione per la Meditazione di Consapevolezza Vipassanā in Rome, the 1440 Multiversity and more. The retreats generally emphasize various forms of mindfulness meditation, inquiry practice, compassion and loving kindness practices and the application and integration of all of these in daily life.
